How does KarmaPet know something has happened to me?

Through the Smart Activation Protocol (PAI). It detects unusual patterns of inactivity in your daily life and, if something doesn’t add up, starts a verification process before mobilizing anyone. Only when something is confirmed to be wrong does your care network activate.

Who would care for my pet?

First, the trusted people you designate: family, friends, neighbors. If none are available at that moment, KarmaPet’s alternative network of verified caregivers steps in, so your pet is never left without someone by their side.

And all the legal side? It sounds complicated.

We plan it with two real tools: the lasting power of attorney (Spanish Law 8/2021) for cases of incapacity, and a legacy with a duty of care for the event of death. In the Premium plan we take care of the online notarial process, with no paperwork or admin on your part.
